In addition, SMARTTOOL2 also integrates one of the latest technology which is remapping, tuning and opening the RPM limit, adjusting the A/F for models Honda, Yamaha, Piaggio/Vespa and Suzuki

A. MAIN FUNCTIONS

1. Engine and ABS diagnostic system

• Supporting motorcycles' diagnosis and error analysis via OBD standards such as Kline or Can bus protocols, supporting the latest motorcycles until 2023.

2. Smart key system

• Programming and setting up the smart key system when the key is lost, adding keys, and synchronizing when replacing parts.

3. Immobilizer security system

•  Reading, writing, and resetting security codes in the ECU, programming when the keys are lost, or adding new keys.

4. ODO system

•  Reading, writing, resetting, and storing data, ODO values saved in the EEPROM memory of the dashboard.

5. LED technology system

• Checking the operation and activating the LED light system.

6. ECU Remap and Tuning

• Optimizing the power and operation of ECM, adjusting fuel injection timing, ignition timing, on/off error codes, and enforcement mechanisms in the ECM.

7. Sensor signal simulation

•  Simulating and replacing various sensor signal types such as CKP, VSS, MAP, TW, TPS, IAT, and O2...

8. Sensor testing

•  Measuring, and checking operations and values of sensors such as CKP, VSS, MAP, ECT, TPS, IAT, and O2 to determine sensor status.

9. Active test component

•  Measuring, and simulating ECM control signals such as injectors, Mobin, ISCI/IACV with basic sensor signals such as CKP, VSS, MAP, TW, TPS, IAT, O2, injectors, and Mobin.

10. Battery testing

•  Testing the capacity, quality of the battery, and the operation of the generator system.
